The 100FD is commercial grade bi-folding door hardware designed
to carry heavy solid core doors. Patented "tricycle" hangers with large
ball bearing wheels, ride smoothly and quietly on convex shaped
rails with precision single point contact. Hangers feature a quick
disconnect clip system facilitating easy mounting or dismounting of
door panels. 14 – 16 gauge zinc trivalent plated steel parts.
Johnson Hardware will replace any item found defective in material or
workmanship.
HEAVY-DUTY PIVOT SETS
Heavy gauge steel pivot components hold heavy doors securely in place. Top pivot socket holds top pivot firmly in place with a locking clip and will never fall out of the track. Bottom pivot carries no weight and is completely adjustable for precision door alignment.
BOX TRACK
Heavy walled aluminum track is precision extruded for smooth operation. Box design means that doors will never jump track. Convex track rails reduce roller friction.
Features Johnson's line-design fascia to hide finger marks and
scratches, or to hold paint if desired.
BALL BEARING ROLLER GUIDE
Heavy-duty tricycle hangers distribute weight equally and support heavy solid core door panels. Nylon encapsulated ball bearing wheel design for smooth, feather touch operation. Hanger plate detaches from hanger trolley for easy door installation or removal.
Hangers are adjustable for height in case of settling.
PANEL HINGE
Specially designed 2-piece non-mortise hinge enables door panels to be installed or removed by simply lifting off. Nylon bearing surfaces provide long wearing and smooth operation.
