A versatile single track hardware set designed and packed primarily for "on-the-job" construction of pocket doors, but also usable in combination with itself or other Johnson series tracks for special installations of sliding doors. Aluminum track with convex rails, jump proof three wheel hangers. Heavy gauge steel components are zinc plated for a quality appearance. Components are available in bulk for fabricators, as are fixtures for assembly of pocket door frames. Track lengths are available up to 192" [4877mm].

111PD EXCEPTIONAL FEATURES

REMOVABLE TRACK

Heavy walled aluminum track is precision extruded for smooth operation. Track has keyhole slots allowing easy INSTALLATION AND removal without tearing out walls. Box design prevents rollers from jumping track. Convex rail track design provides single point hanger wheel contact for low roll resistance and  traps dust on both sides of rails allow hangers to operate freely when dust builds up.

TRICYCLE HANGERS

Unique three wheel design ensures all wheels carry door weight equally. Smooth rolling balanced wheels offer minimum friction riding on convex track rails. "Flip-of-a-clip" separates wheels from hanger plate for easy door installation/removal. Standard 1020 hangers are tested for doors weighing up to 80lbs. [36kg.] and 1025 heavy-duty ball bearing hangers are tested for doors weighing up to 150lbs. [68kg.] each.

MOLDED NYLON GUIDES

Adjustable jamb mount door guide effectively holds door in place without binding and insures smooth door operation.

TESTED QUALITY

All Johnson hardware is rigidly tested to meet ANSI standards.

2054 MULTI-DOOR PULL CATCH SET

The Multi-Door Pull catch is used in multi-slide door applications where just one door is used to pull the entire series of doors closed in a cascading action. The 2054 works with three or more passing doors or two or more pocket door.
