The 111SD is a highly adaptable sliding door
hardware set designed for residential and
light commercial sliding door applications. The 111SD unique feature is its ability to
carry heavy doors with a compact track track size.
The 111SD can be ordered in 2
or 4 door pre configured hardware sets to fit most standard door sizes
and opening widths or by the piece for custom installations.
Johnson Hardware will replace any item found defective in material or
workmanship, regardless of its date of purchase.
TOP-HUNG HARDWARE
All door weight is carried by 1025 ball
bearing door hangers allowing doors to hang naturally reducing possible warpage problems.
TRICYCLE HANGERS
Tricycle hanger design allows even weight
distribution on track rails and will not bind. Quality ball bearing
construction means that 1025 hangers can carry doors weighing up to
150lbs [68kg] each. Machine turned and
balanced 3/4" [19mm] diameter nylon encapsulated wheel construction offers
low roll resistance, feather
touch operation. Hangers are height adjustable for precision door
alignment. Detachable hanger plate allows easy door installation or
removal.
ALUMINUM 'BOX TRACK' TRACK
Compact
aluminum track is precision extruded for smooth operation. Box
design prevents rollers from jumping track. Convex rail design provides
single point hanger wheel contact for low roll resistance, and dust
traps on both sides of rails allow hangers to operate freely when dust
builds up.
ADJUSTABLE DOOR GUIDES
Nylon door guides hold doors firmly in place
and can be positioned for a multitude of door thicknesses.
Optional door guides are available for different
applications.

NOTE: Pre configured sliding
bypass sets for standard door widths. Sets include all necessary
hardware to make 2 or 4 doors slide past each other (doors not
included). Track can be cut down to fit any smaller
