A residential grade sliding
bypass hardware system featuring steel track with convex track rails
providing low friction single point wheel contact. Hangers feature
smooth rolling machine turned and balanced 7/8" [22mm] dia. wheels
with adjustable 3-point locking plate. Hanger will adjust without
removing or relocating screws.
Johnson Hardware will replace any item found defective in material or
workmanship, regardless of its date of purchase.

BALANCED
WHEEL HANGER
Machine turned and balanced wheels offer low roll resistance and smooth,
quiet operation. Three point locking plates hold door securely without
slipping yet allow precise adjustment. Standard
2238
single wheel hangers are tested for doors weighing up to 50lbs. [23kg] each.
STEEL
TRACK
Precision formed steel track features a
built in fascia to hide gap at top of doors and will hold paint if
desired. Convex rail design provides
single point hanger wheel contact for low roll resistance, and dust
traps on both sides of rails allow hangers to operate freely when dust
builds up.
ADJUSTABLE DOOR GUIDE
One piece metal guide plate adjusts
laterally for quick and accurate plumb. Pivoting nylon guide posts
always stay parallel to the door preventing door binding. Guides are adjustable for slight door thickness variations. Optional door guides are available for different
applications.
