Surface mounted shutter hardware system designed for lightweight panels. 6063T6 aluminum track with positive pivot lock, low profile combination jamb/floor mount bottom pivot bracket, four wheel 7/16" [11mm] dia. hanger with removable plate. Non-mortise lift off hinges. 14 – 16 gauge zinc dichromate plated steel parts. Track lengths are available up to 192" [4877mm]. Maximum six panels each direction.

TOP HUNG

Allows doors to hang naturally reducing possible door warpage. Offset roller guides and pivots prevent door panels from binding in the open position. Top hung components automatically minimize gap at top of doors for best appearance. Surface Mounted Pivots and Guides, No special hole drilling is required.

POSITIVE PIVOT LOCK

Door panels are locked into place with Johnson's "quick release" snap lock tab. Door panels can be easily installed or removed with the flick of a clip.

NON-MORTISE HINGES

Specially designed two piece non-mortise hinge enables door panels to be removed by simply lifting off.

1742 MINI HANGER

Compact 4-wheel hanger operates smoothly and distributes weight evenly. Hanger plate detaches from wheels to allow easy door panel installation or removal.

ADJUSTABLE BOTTOM PIVOT BRACKET

Bottom pivot bracket carries no weight and can be adjusted up, down, left or right. Bottom pivot snaps in or out of bracket easily for easy door removal or installation.
