The 200MD is one of the finest residential/commercial grade sliding door systems made manufactured with Johnson's guarantee in mind. Ideal for commercial applications where quality, trouble-free operation and long life is a necessity. The heavy duty .125 6063T6 precision extruded aluminum I-beam track is made to the most precise specifications, and the four-wheeled ball-bearing hangers feature removable hanger plates, 14 – 16 gauge zinc trivalent plated steel parts. Track lengths are available up to 192" [4877mm].

200 I-BEAM TRACK

Heavy walled aluminum track is precision extruded for smooth operation. I-beam design means that doors can never jump track and will handle heavy solid core doors.

2020 BALL BEARING HANGERS

4-wheel carriage design with innovative rocker system ensures even weight distribution for smooth operation . Ball bearing wheel hangers cannot fall off the track yet can be easily disengaged from the door if necessary. Hangers feature machine turned and balanced nylon wheels and are height adjustable.

STRONG DOOR GUIDE

Steel reinforced 1705 bottom guide slots into 1050 extruded aluminum bottom guide track to effectively hold doors in place without binding insuring smooth door operation.

TESTED QUALITY

All Johnson hardware is rigidly tested to meet ANSI standards.
