The 200RD
multi-folding door hardware is designed to carry heavy door panels in
interior residential or light commercial applications. The 200RD
features a heavy duty I-beam track with
positive pivot lock, four-wheeled
ball-bearing hangers,
heavy duty adjustable bottom pivot and a floor bracket with an adjustable bottom pivot
socket. Track lengths are available up to
192" [4877mm].

CENTER MOUNT
INSTALLATION
Doors suspended in perfect balance from
track, smooth door action, bottom guide track optional. 1st panel from
jamb must be 1/2 width.

EDGE MOUNT
INSTALLATION
Doors suspended from top edge of each panel
so all panels can be same width and for maximum panel coverage. Total
panel weight is to one side, bottom door guides and track may be needed.

NON-BINDING TOP-HUNG HARDWARE
200RD hardware is 'top hung' meaning that all the
door weight is suspended from the track which eliminates the need
for a bottom track. 200RD Top hung hardware also allows doors to
hang naturally reducing possible warpage problems. Top hung
components automatically minimize gap at top of doors for best
appearance.

SURFACE MOUNTED COMPONENTS
All
200RD components are positioned and mounted on door surfaces meaning
that no special machining or hole drilling is required facilitating
faster installation times. |

HEAVY-DUTY PIVOT SETS
Heavy gauge steel pivot components hold heavy doors securely in place. Top pivot socket holds top pivot firmly in place with a locking clip and will never fall out of the track. Bottom pivot carries no weight and is completely adjustable for precision door alignment.

I-BEAM TRACK
Thick
walled aluminum track is precision extruded for smooth operation and
heavy-duty use.

BALL BEARING ROLLER GUIDE
Heavy-duty 4-wheeled rocker hanger distributes weight equally and support heavy solid core door panels. Nylon encapsulated ball bearing wheel design for smooth, feather touch operation. Hanger plate detaches from hanger trolley for easy door installation or removal.
Hangers are adjustable for height in case of settling. |

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1.
ORDER 200 TRACK TO DESIRED LENGTH.
Johnson
Hardware recommends that single track lengths be used wherever possible
to avoid door hangers passing over track joints. If multiple track
lengths are to be used ensure that track and door panels are positioned
so that no door hanger/guide passed over track joints. |
